Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy
1. Eligibility
- 14-day money-back guarantee for monthly subscriptions, and
- 60-day money-back guarantee for annual plans,
Both timelines begin from the original purchase date. Refunds are only applicable for first-time purchases and do not apply to renewals, upgrades, downgrades, or partial usage.
Refunds will not be issued if we detect abuse, misuse, or excessive consumption of services within the refund period.
2. Request Process
To request a refund, email info@maeris.io within the applicable guarantee period. Include:
- Your registered email address
- Subscription type (monthly/annual)
- Purchase date
- Reason for cancellation
We reserve the right to approve or reject refund requests based on the above criteria.
3. Processing Timeline
Once approved, refunds are processed within 7 business days and credited back to the original payment method.
Please note: Depending on your bank or card provider, the refund may take up to 10 business days to reflect on your statement.
Cancellation Policy
1. How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time via:
- The Maeris dashboard
- By emailing info@maeris.io
For auto-debit (e-mandate) payments, you must also cancel the mandate in your UPI app or net banking dashboard as per RBI guidelines. Cancellation via Maeris alone does not revoke your bank's mandate.
2. Post-Cancellation Access
- Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing cycle
- You will not be charged again
- No prorated refunds will be issued for unused time
3. Confirmation & Data Retention
You'll receive a confirmation email upon cancellation. Your account data will be retained for 30 days post-cancellation, after which it will be:
- Permanently deleted, unless legally required to retain it
You may request early deletion by contacting support.
